Traditional Onam Pookkalam for Home and Office Decor

Production and delivery estimates depend on the product, personalisation requirements and delivery destination. Check the estimate for your order or contact support before ordering for a specific occasion. Courier estimates are approximate; applicable consumer remedies remain available if an agreed delivery schedule is missed. Delivery is free within India on every product. Middle East orders are arranged through support at actual shipping cost. Contact us for order-specific delivery and tracking assistance.

Report damage, defects or incorrect items within seven days of delivery. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for a change of mind; manufacturing defects and applicable statutory remedies remain covered. Non-personalised items are eligible only for damage, defects or incorrect supply. An unboxing video is preferred, not mandatory; clear photographs and other suitable evidence are accepted. For approved defective or damaged-item returns, we reimburse the actual return shipping cost or ₹100, whichever is lower. We bear the full return shipping cost for incorrect items. Any greater entitlement required by applicable law takes precedence.
