Exchanges/ Replacement(if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive as defective or damaged. Unboxing video must be mandatory. We will not provide
replacement until it a physically damaged.
Eligibility for Replacement and Exchanges
We offer replacement/exchange within the first 3 days after the product is delivered, if 3 days have passed since you
delivered, you will not be offered a replacement/ exchange of any kind.
● Share unboxing video mandatory.
● Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
● The item must be in the original packaging.
● To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
● Only regular-priced items may be replaced, sale items cannot be replaced
● If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a
gift credit for the value of your return.
