Return Policies
Report damage, defects or incorrect items within seven days of delivery. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for a change of mind; manufacturing defects and applicable statutory remedies remain covered. Non-personalised items are eligible only for damage, defects or incorrect supply. An unboxing video is preferred, not mandatory; clear photographs and other suitable evidence are accepted. For approved defective or damaged-item returns, we reimburse the actual return shipping cost or ₹100, whichever is lower. We bear the full return shipping cost for incorrect items. Any greater entitlement required by applicable law takes precedence.
