Courier estimates are approximate; applicable consumer remedies remain available if an agreed delivery schedule is missed. Shipping charges vary by product and destination and are shown at checkout. Report damage, defects or incorrect items within seven days of delivery. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for a change of mind; manufacturing defects and applicable statutory remedies remain covered. Non-personalised items are eligible only for damage, defects or incorrect supply. An unboxing video is preferred, not mandatory; clear photographs and other suitable evidence are accepted. For approved defective or damaged-item returns, we reimburse the actual return shipping cost or ₹100, whichever is lower. We bear the full return shipping cost for incorrect items. Any greater entitlement required by applicable law takes precedence.
