Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to orders placed with Orbiz Creativez Private Limited through orbiz.in. Please read them together with our Returns and replacement policy and Privacy policy.
Orders and personalisation
Check names, spelling, dates, photographs, designs, quantities and delivery details before placing an order. You must have permission to use any photograph, artwork, logo or other material you submit. We use submitted material to fulfil your order; submitting it does not transfer ownership of your underlying content to us.
Where a design preview is provided, check it carefully before approving it. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for a change of mind once placed. Manufacturing defects, incorrect supply and other statutory remedies are addressed in our returns and replacement policy.
Product descriptions
Refer to the individual product description for dimensions, materials, personalisation options and what is included. Screen settings and the characteristics of printing or natural materials can affect appearance. This does not excuse a defect or a material difference from the product description or approved design.
Prices and shipping
Review the total payable before completing your purchase. Shipping charges vary by product and destination and are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies only where it is offered for the particular order; it is not a store-wide promise.
Production and delivery
Production and delivery estimates depend on the product, personalisation requirements and delivery address. Please check the estimate shown for your order or contact support before ordering for a specific occasion. Courier estimates are not a guarantee of delivery on a chosen date. If an agreed delivery schedule is missed, your rights under applicable law remain available.
Provide a complete address and a working contact number for the recipient. For changes or delivery problems, contact us promptly. We will confirm what can be arranged for your order.
Returns and complaints
Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within seven days of delivery for prompt assistance. A video is preferred, not mandatory. For approved defective or damaged-item returns, we reimburse the actual return shipping cost or ₹100, whichever is lower. We bear the full return shipping cost for incorrect items. Any greater entitlement required by applicable law takes precedence. Full details are in our Returns and replacement policy.
Website content and use
Our branding, original product photographs, website copy and designs may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful content or interfere with its operation. Third-party services are also subject to their own terms.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them excludes mandatory consumer rights, restricts lawful access to a consumer forum or removes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Changes to these terms will be posted here; the terms applicable when an order was placed govern that order, subject to law.
