Exchanges/ Replacement(if applicable)

We only replace items if they arrive as defective or damaged. Unboxing video must be mandatory. We will not provide a replacement until it is physically damaged. 

Eligibility for Replacement and Exchanges

We offer replacement/or exchange within the first 3 days after the product is delivered, if 3 days have passed since you delivered, you will not be offered a replacement/ exchange of any kind.

  • Share unboxing video mandatory.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular-priced items may be replaced, sale items cannot be replaced
