- Made to order in our Kerala studio: laser-cut, finished and checked by hand.
- Doorstep delivery is booked on every order. We ship with Delhivery, DTDC and India Post. In a few locations the courier does not deliver to the door and the parcel is collected from their nearest office; that depends on their coverage, not on us.
- Damaged, faulty or wrong item: report it within 7 days.
