Thank you for shopping with Orbiz! We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we offer a replacement under the following conditions.
Eligibility for Replacement
We provide replacements only for physically damaged or defective items. To request a replacement:
✅ An unboxing video is mandatory – The video must be continuous, clearly showing the package being opened and the damage.
✅ Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
✅ The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
✅ Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
✅ Sale items are not eligible for replacement.
What qualifies as damage?

Manufacturing defects affecting functionality.
How to Request a Replacement

Submit proof (order details, unboxing video, and photos of the damaged product).

Await approval from our team. Once approved, return the product as per the shipping instructions.
Exemptions (Non-Replaceable Items)
The following items cannot be replaced:
