Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with Orbiz! We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we offer a replacement under the following conditions.

 


 

Eligibility for Replacement

We provide replacements only for physically damaged or defective items. To request a replacement:

An unboxing video is mandatory – The video must be continuous, clearly showing the package being opened and the damage.
✅ Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
✅ The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Sale items are not eligible for replacement.

What qualifies as damage?

  • Visible cracks, breakage, or missing parts.

  • Manufacturing defects affecting functionality.

 


 

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact our support team at connect@orbiz.in within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Submit proof (order details, unboxing video, and photos of the damaged product).

  3. Await approval from our team. Once approved, return the product as per the shipping instructions.

 


 

Exemptions (Non-Replaceable Items)

The following items cannot be replaced:
