INDIAN POST - For locations within Kerala where DTDC is unavailable, we utilize the services of Indian Post. Please be aware that Indian Post may take longer than the expected delivery time.
DELHIVERY - Outside Kerala: For deliveries outside of Kerala, we rely on Delhivery for our shipping services.

We only replace items if they arrive as defective or damaged. Unboxing video must be mandatory. We will not provide a replacement until it is physically damaged.
Eligibility for Replacement and Exchanges
We offer replacement/or exchange within the first 3 days after the product is delivered, if 3 days have passed since you delivered, you will not be offered a replacement/ exchange of any kind.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
