DTDC offers delivery services to locations near their office. For other locations, customers are required to collect the courier directly from the DTDC office. Please note that DTDC home delivery is available only to limited locations.
INDIAN POST - For locations within Kerala where DTDC is unavailable, we utilize the services of Indian Post. Please be aware that Indian Post may take longer than the expected delivery time.
DELHIVERY - Outside Kerala: For deliveries outside of Kerala, we rely on Delhivery for our shipping services.

We only replace items if they arrive as defective or damaged. Unboxing video must be mandatory. We will not provide a replacement until it is physically damaged.
Eligibility for Replacement and Exchanges
We offer replacement/or exchange within the first 3 days after the product is delivered, if 3 days have passed since you delivered, you will not be offered a replacement/ exchange of any kind.
